You can access all PartnerNet functions at the oficcial site partnernet.heb.com. You can also access the Supplier IDM login. You can also request your w-2, manage your exclusive partner discount card, get rewarded for your hard work.

Sign in HEB Partnernet Login

For connecting to appcloud in account:

  1. Click on Log in at heb.com/H-E-B-partner-services or go to partnernet.heb.com.
  2. Fill in the OnePass ID or E-mail Address field and click Continue.
  3. Next write your passcode, press Continue (press «Not you?» to return to the previous window).

Log In Supplier IDM Account

To log in to the system for Suppliers, go to myheb.force.com/SIDM/login

  1. Write Email (Preferably gmail for extra security).
  2. Write passcode. Click Log in.

Note! You can use the «eye» icon to make sure you write it correctly.

How to Register Supplier Account

Before you register, please read the registration instructions carefully, to do that click on How to Register. Click New User to start registration.

  1. In the Create a vendor IDM account window, enter the information needed:
    • First Name;
    • Middle Initial;
    • Last Name;
    • Email;
    • Confirm Email;
    • Phone:(01);
    • Mobile:(01);
    • Address;
    • City;
    • State;
    • Country;
    • Zip Code;
  2. Select a Role (supplier, broker, field buyer).
  3. Select a company name.
  4. Select Application to Request Access:
    • Coupon Management System.
    • Costs and Deals.
    • Own Brand Product System.
    • Events Order Management - Vendo.
    • Product Attribute Management.
  5. Request Access to Account Payable Number. Enter one number at a time. Press Enter to validate.

    6. Note! Be sure to complete fields with an asterisk (*).

  6. Read carefully the Terms and Conditions for Use of H-E-B Supplier IDM.
  7. Check the box «I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions».

    8. Note! Click on «Terms and Conditions» to download.

  8. Choose reCaptcha and press Submit.
