You can make a COVID-19 Vaccination at your nearest HEB pharmacy with your choice of Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine. It is also possible to re-inject the booster shot. Face masks are required while receiving immunizations.

Note! Don't forget to write your e-mail & phone number, so that the staff can invite you to the second step of Vaccination.

How To Make Appointment For Vaccinations

To get the Covid vaccine you have to go through 6 steps. Go to: heb.com/vaccine , click on Check availability, next:

1. Find a pharmacy near you (to do this, type zip code or sity & press search). The list of pharmacies is sorted by availability. You can select the pharmacy closest to you at the beginning of the list and then click on Book your vaccine.
2. Select Appointment Details (all fields are required).
   • Check the box next to the needed vaccine
   • Select How many total COVID vaccine shots have you already received, including booster shots? (Select an Option)
   • Select Date of most recent COVID vaccine shots
   • Select Appointment Date
   • Select Appointment Time
   Click continue.
3. Complete your profile information below.
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Verify Email
   • Phone
   • Date of Birth
   • Search for Address
   • Race
   • Street
   • City
   • State (If none, enter Country)
   • Ethnicity
   • Zip Code
   • County (If none, enter Country)
   • Gender

Note! H-E-B Pharmacy will contact your primary care provider informing them of vaccine(s) given today using the information provided above. Click Continue

4. Pass the Clinical Questions and Check the box for Insurance Options. Then click Continue.
5. Check Insurance Details, Select Acknowledgements. Next click Sheduler appointment
6. At this step you will receive instructions to prepare for the vaccination and the details of your appointment.
