After logging in H-e-b you can access to your orders, your recipe box, your clip coupons (you can find them there until they expire). Also in login you can add your payment methods to make checkout faster.
Log in H-E-B Online
To login to HEB account go to heb.com and click on Log in or go straight to heb.com/my-account/login.
- Write your registered email.
- Write your Passcode in the second field.
Note! You can check if your passcode is valid before logging in. To do so, click on Show opposite.
On the last step, click Log in.
How to Recover your password
If you can't remember your login details, click Forgot your password on the main page.
- Enter your email in the following window.
- Click Submit.
- Enter the code. If it doesn't arrive, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Click Continue.
- Create a new passcode. It must be at least 8 characters.
- Click Set password or Skip password reset.
Important! This code expires in 15 minutes.
Just a reminder: This action will reset your account passwords at H-E-B, Central Market, Joe V's Smart Shop, and True Texas BBQ.
How to Register Heb Account
To be able to use account to log in at H-E-B you must first register:
- Go to heb.com and click on Register, next click Create One at the top or go straight to the page heb.com/my-account/user-register.
- Fill in the fields:
- First name an Last name
- Email and Password
- Phone number
- Click Create account.
- To Discover your store's best deals you need to enter the Zip code in the next window and press Enter.
